SBF is a grisette brewed with local wildflower honey. A grisette is a historical Belgian style similar to farmhouse saison beers, but brewed traditionally for mining communities. Grisettes usually contain wheat, but not much else is known about how these beers were originally constructed. SBF is a dry, crisp, light bodied beer with elements of hay, white-peppery phenols, citrus and hints of the floral honey. For a beer so slight it has a lot of flavor to offer.
