Single-leaf clover

Single-Leaf Clover is a collaboration with our friend Bert Meyer at Barbatus Meadery. This braggot (a beer/ mead hybrid) was created by combining our favorite Trappist-style Belgian Single (a citrusy, crisp lager-like belgian ale) with a pound-per-gallon of Nebraska Sweet-clover honey which has an extraordinary cinnamon character. Much lighter than a typical braggot, the dryness of the honey with the characteristics of a light belgian ale make it a perfect beer to sustain the soul year-round. 6.3% abv
